NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION

TO: Darren Raynard Warren, Jr.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been named as the biological father of the above referenced minor child born on or about December 15, 2017 in Catawba County, North Carolina.  A Petition seeking to adopt the above reference child has been filed in the above-referenced proceeding.

You are required and directed to make defense of such pleadings by filing a response to the petition in these proceedings at the Catawba County Clerk of Superior Court, 100 Government Drive, Newton, North Carolina, 28658, no later than the 28th day of May 2024, said date being at least 40 days from the first publication of this notice. 

Upon your failure to file a response to the referenced Petition within the time frame prescribed, the Petitioner will apply to the Court for relief sought in the Petition, and any parental rights you may have with respect to the above-reference minor child will be terminated upon entry of the orders of adoption.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF: Jennie Sue Stout

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of April 2024, Letter of Testamentary, in respect to the estate of Jennie Sue Stout, deceased, who died February 29th, 2024, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Jackson County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named Court at the Jackson County Court House, P.O. Box 342, Gainesboro, TN 38562 within the earlier of four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
